This is a 90 minute session dedicated to personalized empowered embodiment techniques and concepts of healing through compassion. Providing an intimate application of embodied energy anatomy for your highest priority at the moment. Bring your questions, concerns, and openness to heal and we will dive deep into the energetics of your embodied anatomy to create resolution for deep shift, mind, body, soul. This includes embodied energy practices that will see you through to the fullness of your expansion. This is a recorded session and will include an embodiment practice designed to support your physical re-alignment shift and move you through the emotions of empowerment. Grounding your nervous system through your personalized somatic movement practice will support you in all of your future endeavors and allow for complete process to lead you deeper into self compassion, love, and empowerment.
