Itinerary for Saturday's Embodied Healing Day Retreat

We will be moving through the motions of our inner alchemy of experiencing embodied care to meet ourselves where we are and align to the experiences we consciously choose.

I’m looking forward to diving into the foundations of Embodied Healing. Combining the principles of perceiving to embodying and the alchemal experience of moving through our rite of passage in healing. Where do we begin, why we meet ourselves in this way, and where will the journey through take us. Where the “why” creates the Will, “what” creates the way, “who” provides the sovereign experience, & “how” expands our nature of existence. This day retreat will include 5 (1hr) live master classes scheduled throughout the day that are dedicated to tapping into the nature of the alchemical experience in the body that we experience. Setting aside a day to lean into oneself and nurture through mind, body, soul connection will set a forward foundation of awareness and function. When we can access the alchemical process of metabolism in the body, we create a new foundation to experience life itself.…

Intro to Embodied Sovereignty

The embodied fortitude that creates authentic life force energy within our stewardship as co-creators with the Divine of Free will to choose.

Divine Right to Birth right, to soul evolution.

Our sacred sovereignty is upheld by Divine Natural order.

We are reclaiming our wise parts and re-dedicating our will to nourishing our root into fruition.

We are more connected in our sovereignty than our victim wound. In sovereignty, we get to experience the wholeness of our being and so does everyone else.
