Private Mentoring

The experience curated in this private embodiment program is a journey into your rights of passage as an embodied healer. So often we forfeit our paths of initiation of empowerment to sources outside ourself. When we understand the potential of wholeness in all aspects of self, mind, body, energy, and emotions, we can come into choice points of alignment, and become the creators of our embodied self.

Through somatic movement practices, body communication meditation, and knowledge of the anatomy that we are, we can develop skills that support us in moving through our darkest nights of the soul; a right of passage in its own right.

This mentorship offers tools that develop your skills in navigating the physical body, emotional body, mental body, energy body, and soul.

​

You will be provided pre-recorded teaching modules that will support you in between sessions. The mastery of wisdom cultivated within. Your life will be the playing field to practice cultivating compassion. Our private sessions are designed to catapult you in your journey, and offer a safe space to practice empowerment in vulnerability.

Tools of emotional processing, empowered somatic movement, mindfulness and core belief re-alignment, as well as the living energy anatomy modules, will all be a part of this private mentorship.

You are your own guru. Knowledge is power. Connection and being witnessed is a sacred part of rights of passage in the becoming of an embodied healer. You are here to discover the truth of who you are. This mentorship is curated with this intention over the spans of 12 months.
